Product Description:
Engineered for the most challenging ground conditions, our heavy-duty PET Geotextile is a needle-punched non-woven fabric designed specifically for high-stress separation and reinforcement applications. It is produced from high-tenacity, UV-stabilized polyester fibers, which are mechanically bonded through a intensive needle-punching process to achieve exceptional thickness and survivability. This geotextile features a high friction coefficient for superior interaction with soils, enhancing its reinforcement function by transferring tensile forces across a potential failure plane. Its primary role is to prevent the intermixing of dissimilar soil layers (e.g., soft subgrade and granular fill), thereby maintaining the integrity and design thickness of the base course. Its robust construction ensures it can withstand the stresses of installation and service without compromising its filtration or separation capabilities.

Application Scenarios:

  • Construction Working Platforms: Stabilizes very soft, saturated subgrades to create a safe and stable platform for heavy construction equipment, enabling work on sites with poor bearing capacity.

  • Parking Lots and Storage Yards: Provides essential separation and lateral confinement, reducing the required depth of aggregate and preventing structural failure caused by subsoil contamination in heavily loaded areas.
